How pricing works

Full pricing is on the pricing section of the homepage; this is how it behaves in practice.

The two models

• Pay-as-you-go — no subscription, $75 per case, 5 e-signature envelopes a month included. Best while volume is low or you’re evaluating
• Per-location plans (Starter, Professional) — a monthly fee per location that includes a case allowance (50/location on Starter, 150/location on Professional) with a lower per-case overage rate ($35 / $20), plus an e-signature allowance (10 / 30 envelopes per location). Professional also unlocks ADR drafting and the exemption dashboard
• Enterprise — custom terms, contact us

What counts as a billable case

A production case, when it’s created, counted within the billing period. Status doesn’t matter — a case you create and later abandon still counted; a case that gets denied still counted. What never bills: sandbox cases, and nothing is ever billed per-document or per-extraction.

The one other metered item is e-signature envelopes: each plan includes a monthly allowance per location, and envelopes beyond it are $10 each — see included cases & overage.

Pay-as-you-go and your card

Signup requires no card, and sandbox never does. When you create your first production case on pay-as-you-go, AffirmDME asks you to save a card first (a quick Stripe form — nothing is charged at that moment). Your month’s cases are then billed together on a single monthly invoice to that card.

When plans beat PAYG

At $75/case, 20 cases/month costs the same as a Starter location ($1,500 including 50 cases). The app watches your usage and shows an upgrade prompt when a plan would have been cheaper — you’ll never have to do the math manually.
